The “Dom štampe” building (Press Centre Building), which houses the Cultural Centre of Belgrade on its ground floor and the first floor, was designed by the architect and urban planner Ratomir Bogojević (1912-1962), one of the most prominent representatives of Serbian modern architecture. The Press Centre Building, which was “designed and built in an almost classic manner, fits just right with the nearby Reunion Palace and the Foreign Trade Chamber Building, and makes the ensemble of representative city palaces complete” at the Republic Square.
